A Pharmacy Team, including your Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician, works closely with your doctor to help you with all your medicines.

What they do for you:

• They help you understand your medicines.

• They check your medicines to make sure they are safe and right for you.

• They talk to you if your doctor changes your medicines, or after you leave hospital.

• They make sure you get your repeat prescriptions on time.

• They are there to answer your questions about medicines and your health.

Their goal is to make sure you get and take the right medicines safely, helping you feel better and manage your health in our community.
